This project reinterprets the traditional estate through a lens of contemporary clarity. The design preserves the rhythmic masonry and heavy timber rafters of the original structure while introducing sharp, minimalist elements like blackened steel frames and seamless glass spans.

The open-concept layout breathes new life into the historic volumes, bridging grand social hubs with tailored, modern retreats. By layering rich, antique textures with clean-lined execution, the residence achieves a sophisticated dialogue between the strength of the past and the transparency of the future.
