This project reinterprets estate grandeur through monumental, elemental luxury. The design is anchored by dramatic features—from a suspended copper hearth to a serene indoor aquatic lounge—utilizing a moody palette of charcoal, aged metal, and warm walnut.

Strategic skylights and floor-to-ceiling glass bridge the gap between the raw stone interiors and the shifting outdoor landscape. By balancing bold structural statements with architectural lighting, the estate achieves a sophisticated sanctuary that feels both historic and cutting-edge.
